Qualifications

- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with distributed ledger protocols (Hyperledger, Ethereum 2.0)
- Publishing record in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
