- Champion ethical tech frameworks and responsible AI implementation across all initiatives
- Present future-state visions to executive stakeholders and secure strategic alignment
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Monitor global tech trends and disruptors to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital strategy or technology leadership with proven 2020s transformation experience
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, and generative AI
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital migrations
- Certification in foresight methodology or strategic innovation (preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible AI development
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on future-state digital visions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in digital transformation or future tech (preferred)
