Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategic vision aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and deploying next-gen AI systems

- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure AI impact and ROI

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven track record of scaling AI initiatives

- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, product, and research
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
