Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI solutions targeting deployment in the 2026 era, focusing on scalability and quantum integration.
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise-grade security and real-time inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, security experts, and product managersâto translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines for production AI systems.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI, to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of generative AI architectures, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Seldon).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
