- Drive cross-functional collaboration between research, engineering, and product teams
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for next-generation deployments
- Identify and integrate emerging quantum computing synergies
- Present strategic AI roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in neural networks or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems at scale
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Strong background in MLOps and cloud-native AI deployment
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
