Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year AI innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological convergence points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-ML hybrid systems and ethical AI frameworks
- Identify emerging AI paradigms (e.g., neuromorphic computing, generative agents) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government AI initiatives
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring responsible AI development and deployment
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture capital partners for funding allocation
- Mentor talent in emerging AI domains through internal skunkworks programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative adversarial networks, and neuromorphic architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience developing AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI governance policies
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent demonstrable innovation portfolio
