Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for 2026-era AI models
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to align AI development with regulatory requirements
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Create audit trails for AI decision-making processes
- Advocate for inclusive AI design principles across product lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI development
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Proficiency in AI fairness assessment tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks
- Strong background in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., Stanford HAI, IEEE) preferred
