Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias and fairness
- Design implementable governance policies for quantum-AI hybrid technologies
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical dilemmas in generative AI
- Partner with legal teams to establish regulatory compliance strategies
- Present findings to industry coalitions and governmental ethics boards
- Mentor junior ethicists and build internal ethics training programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Experience with quantum computing ethics implications
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
