Qualifications

- Proven experience developing enterprise-wide AI ethics policies
- Deep understanding of generative AI and autonomous system risks
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of influencing organizational AI strategy
