Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological projections and evolving regulations
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for community impact assessments of AI deployments
- Proactively identify emerging ethical dilemmas in generative AI, autonomous systems, and neural interfaces
- Create governance blueprints for AI lifecycle management from data sourcing to decommissioning
- Advocate ethical AI standards through industry forums and policy advisory boards
- Mentor technical teams on responsible development practices through our 'Ethics by Design' program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing AI ethics policies for organizations with $100M+ AI deployments
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or technology philosophy
- Experience facilitating consensus among diverse stakeholders (technical, legal, community)
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic bias auditing tools and data analysis
