Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological projections

- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Design stakeholder engagement strategies for public and private sector AI governance
- Create ethics training programs for technical teams deploying advanced AI solutions
- Represent the company in industry coalitions shaping global AI standards
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or ethics compliance leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cross-cultural AI ethics challenges and international standards
- Published research or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
