- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and pharmaceuticals in climate-controlled vehicles
- Maintain precise delivery schedules with GPS tracking and route optimization
- Verify recipient information and handle confidential materials per HIPAA protocols
- Perform vehicle safety checks and maintain clean, organized transport equipment
- Document deliveries and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Communicate professionally with healthcare staff and dispatch teams
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital documentation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to depot (Minneapolis location)
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
