Responsibilities
- Timely and safe delivery of packages using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Follow pre-planned routes using GPS navigation systems
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and maintenance reporting
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento area geography
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Reliable transportation to and from depot
- Pass background check and drug screening
