Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of goods throughout Southern California
- Maintain clean, DOT-compliant box truck and required documentation
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time load adjustments
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Utilize provided technology for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- DOT medical certification
- Reliable personal box truck (2015 or newer preferred)
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for dispatch apps
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
