Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of goods across Miami-Dade and Broward counties
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and electronic documentation
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Ensure proper loading/unloading procedures at client locations
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Reliable box truck (24-26 ft) with current insurance
- Digital logbook certification (ELD compliant)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong knowledge of Miami metro area and highways
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication apps
