Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for time-sensitive deliveries
- Maintain accurate trip logs and vehicle maintenance records
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency using provided GPS tools
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for seamless loading/unloading
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections to ensure DOT compliance
- Communicate delivery status updates in real-time via mobile app
- Handle high-value freight with proper securement techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean MVR (3+ years driving experience)
- Current DOT medical certification and TWIC card
- Personal box truck (24-26ft) with valid registration and insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Proficient in electronic logging device (ELD) and smartphone navigation
- Strong knowledge of Nevada highway regulations and weight restrictions
- Proven on-time delivery rate above 95%
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
