Responsibilities
- Drive Amazon-branded delivery vans to customer doorsteps and designated hubs.
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Interact professionally and politely with customers at each stop.
- Inspect vehicle condition and report any maintenance needs or damage.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and delivery procedures.
- Use handheld scanners and mobile apps to track delivery status and capture proof of delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must have a reliable smartphone with a data plan.
- Good English communication skills for customer interaction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
