Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, dry vans) for local/regional routes
- Load/unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and background check
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Philadelphia metro area
- Basic smartphone navigation proficiency
