Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) safely on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual labor as required.
- Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
- Complete daily delivery logs, bills of lading, and inspection reports accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the truck cab and cargo area.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Clean driving record (MVR check) with no serious violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety procedures.
