Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Boston
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution hub
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) 8am-6pm
- Smartphone with reliable data plan for delivery tracking
