Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential/commercial locations within Tampa city limits
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for high-value items
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time delivery updates
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (SUV/van preferred) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Basic knowledge of Tampa neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
