Responsibilities
- Safe & Timely Delivery: Transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in Mesa and surrounding areas.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional, friendly service to every customer during the drop-off process.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your delivery vehicle clean, organized, and fueled before and after each shift.
- Route Management: Follow designated routes efficiently to maximize productivity and ensure on-time arrivals.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and digital status updates via our mobile app.
- Problem Solving: Handle delivery exceptions professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid Class C (or higher) driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable Vehicle: Access to a reliable vehicle suitable for local delivery (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Smartphone: Must have a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our delivery management software.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle records check.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
