Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Indianapolis area with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
- Obtain accurate signatures and proof of delivery for every package.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Utilize the mobile app for route planning and real-time updates.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D) and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable smartphone with data capabilities (Android or iOS).
- Flexibility to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to navigate the local Indianapolis area efficiently.
