Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload packages using handheld scanning devices.
- Drive safely and efficiently through Houston traffic to meet delivery windows.
- Interact positively with customers, taking signatures and providing excellent service.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical) is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for navigation and package tracking.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
