Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely weekend service across Fresno and surrounding areas
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness/fuel levels
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch teams via mobile app
- Handle package discrepancies with attention to detail and customer service excellence
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Must be available for Saturday and/or Sunday shifts (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and communication apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from Fresno distribution center
- Background check and drug screening required upon hire
