Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential/commercial addresses across Columbus
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to maximize delivery speed and fuel efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication through our mobile app
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle (fuel, cleanliness, minor maintenance checks)
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to pass company vehicle background check
- Strong knowledge of Columbus streets and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent time management and navigation skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
