Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food, retail, and e-commerce packages to Chicago customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Verify order accuracy before departure and upon delivery
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and courteous service
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (must work both Saturday and Sunday)
- Basic knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
