Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food to residential and commercial locations across Phoenix
- Maintain accurate delivery records and provide real-time updates via our mobile tracking system
- Perform vehicle safety checks and ensure cleanliness before and after each shift
- Resolve delivery discrepancies with exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to communicate road conditions and delivery status
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible shift availability (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metropolitan area streets and landmarks
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and operate in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and professional customer service demeanor
