Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) for weekend delivery routes across Baltimore metro area
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Secure cargo and maintain vehicle cleanliness/maintenance
- Adapt to changing delivery priorities and traffic conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore geography and traffic patterns
- DOT medical certification and required endorsements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
