Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vans to deliver goods to clients on scheduled routes in and around the Indianapolis area.
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of all cargo, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately to keep operations smooth.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries or returns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure zero accidents.
- Submit accurate daily logs and delivery paperwork on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day without assistance.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong time management skills, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
