Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely deliveries to commercial and residential locations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to optimize delivery schedules
- Load/unload packages with proper lifting techniques and inventory verification
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic manifests
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metropolitan area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Commercial driving insurance coverage
