- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers within Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Ensure timely pickups from partner restaurants and retail locations
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
