Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, pharmaceuticals, and sensitive materials between healthcare facilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for temperature-sensitive shipments
- Document all pickups/delivers using our digital tracking system with 100% accuracy
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling protocols
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Experience with GPS navigation and digital tracking systems
- Customer service experience in healthcare or logistics preferred
