Job Responsibilities
Your primary role is to ensure our customers receive their packages safely and on time. You will be the face of our company in the community.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Los Angeles area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during each delivery.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when required.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Use handheld scanners and mobile apps to update delivery status in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver's License.
- A clean driving record with no DUIs or serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use mobile technology (smartphones/tablets).
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
