Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure the safety and integrity of all items during transit.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to every recipient.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Complete daily delivery logs and vehicle inspections.
- Handle cash or digital payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
