Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight to designated destinations using company-provided vehicles
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to DOT regulations
- Communicate with dispatch teams and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and uphold company safety standards
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
- Familiarity with California roadways and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of freight handling procedures
