Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to Richmond-area addresses
- Optimize daily routes using our proprietary GPS navigation system
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to insured vehicle
- Smartphone with data plan for route tracking and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
