Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials (gravel, asphalt, dirt)
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre/post-trip documentation
- Maintain clean, compliant equipment with regular maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors for precise material deliveries
- Operate in diverse weather conditions and terrains
- Manage load weights and distribution for optimal safety
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
