Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and documents to designated locations within Tampa city limits
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using our GPS tracking system to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations during off-peak hours as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time-management and route-planning abilities
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Bayshore Blvd hub
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip reconciliation
