Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within the Cleveland metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution centers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- No major moving violations in the past 5 years
