Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon request
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and punctuality
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years preferred)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle if provided)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic navigation knowledge of Baltimore/VA areas
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
