Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Practice defensive driving and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling package handling inquiries with care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Complete accurate daily logs and paperwork.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable access to personal transportation (or valid CDL if required for specific routes).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld delivery devices.
