Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and parcels to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect delivery vehicle for cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Update tracking information and complete delivery logs accurately.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo as needed.
- Maintain a safe driving record and follow all traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
