Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages across San Francisco using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean MVR (no more than 2 minor violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco geography
