Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated residential and commercial locations.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections before, during, and after each shift to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and resolving delivery issues.
- Load and unload packages efficiently using hand trucks or dollies.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and company uniform.
- Log delivery information accurately into the company's mobile application.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for GPS and delivery management apps.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
