Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated locations within Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof of delivery documentation
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during package handoffs
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with sorting and loading packages at the distribution hub
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Proven experience in delivery, courier, or logistics (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and Metro area
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone with GPS capability
