Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging devices
- Inspect vehicles before/during trips to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding delivery status and delays
- Adapt to changing schedules and prioritize time-sensitive shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong knowledge of Denver metro area and regional routes
- Flexibility for early morning start times (4-5 AM)
- Basic computer skills for electronic logging systems
