Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods on scheduled routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and techniques
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage delivery documentation and proof of service
- Respond professionally to route changes and delivery issues
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Denver metro area and mountain routes
- Hazmat certification (preferred, not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for overnight trips and weekend shifts
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
