Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Deliver freight to multiple destinations on schedule
- Represent Swift Transport professionally with all clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro area and Southwest routes
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
