Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate commercial vehicles (Class A, B, or C) safely and efficiently in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
- Load & Unload: Properly load, secure, and unload cargo according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Inspections: Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, delivery receipts, and vehicle mileage records.
- Regulations: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and customers during delivery stops.
Qualifications
- CDL Required: Valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Medical Card: Current and valid DOT medical card.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Navigation: Ability to read maps and navigate local and regional routes effectively.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude for minor vehicle adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
